Facelift & Neck Lift
What is a Facelift & Neck Lift?
Facelift and neck lift surgery at PRMA is designed to rejuvenate the mid-to-lower face and neck by lifting sagging skin, tightening muscles, and restoring smoother, more defined contours. These procedures help reverse signs of aging while preserving your natural facial expressions.
Whether you’re seeking to lift jowls, smooth deep lines, or tighten loose neck skin, our surgeons tailor every procedure to your unique anatomy and aesthetic goals. The result is a refreshed, natural-looking appearance that still feels entirely like you.

What to Expect During Surgery
Facelift and neck lift procedures are typically performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation. Your surgeon will make precise incisions, usually starting at the temples, continuing around the ears, and sometimes under the chin (if a neck lift is included).
The deeper layers of the face and neck are carefully repositioned and lifted through these incisions. Excess skin is removed, and the remaining skin is redraped for a smooth, natural contour. Fat may be removed or redistributed to enhance results.
Surgery typically takes 2–4 hours, and you’ll return home the same day with detailed post-op instructions and recovery support.

Before & After

Recovery Timeline
-
Week 1:Expect swelling, bruising, and a sensation of tightness. Rest, head elevation, and gentle movement are encouraged. Most patients feel well enough for light activity by the end of the week.
-
Week 2:Bruising begins to fade. Stitches (if non-dissolvable) are removed. You may feel comfortable returning to non-strenuous work and social interactions.
-
Weeks 3-4:Swelling continues to subside. Most patients resume regular routines and see early results emerge with more defined contours.
-
Week 5-6Final results begin to settle. Patients typically resume full activity and facial care routines at this stage.
