What Are Body Makeovers?
We understand that life’s milestones—like pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or simply the natural passage of time—can leave behind changes in the body that feel out of sync with how you feel inside. Our Body Makeover services, including tummy tucks, liposuction, body contouring, and mommy makeovers, are designed to help you reclaim your shape, restore balance, and embrace your beauty with confidence.
Whether you’re looking to restore your pre-baby figure, address stubborn areas of fat, or achieve a more sculpted contour after weight loss, we offer personalized, advanced procedures tailored to your unique goals.

What to Expect During Surgery
Liposuction
Liposuction is performed under general anesthesia for comfort and safety. Small incisions are made near the treatment areas, through which a thin tube (cannula) removes unwanted fat. The procedure typically lasts 1–3 hours, depending on the number and size of areas treated.
Tummy Tuck
During a tummy tuck, an incision is made low on the abdomen, allowing the surgeon to tighten abdominal muscles and remove excess skin and fat. The belly button is often repositioned for a natural look. This surgery takes 2–4 hours and focuses on restoring a firm, contoured midsection.
Body Contouring
Body contouring surgery is highly customized based on each patient’s needs. Performed under general anesthesia, the procedure can last several hours, depending on the extent of the transformation.
Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover combines multiple procedures into one surgery session under general anesthesia. The surgical team works efficiently to minimize time under anesthesia, with the whole procedure typically lasting 4-6 hours.

Before & After

Recovery Timeline
-
Week 1:During the first week, moderate swelling, bruising, and discomfort can be expected, which are manageable with medication. Drains may be placed, especially after a tummy tuck or body contouring. Light walking is encouraged to promote circulation, but rest is essential.
-
Week 2:By the second week post-surgery, swelling and bruising begin to improve. Patients typically feel well enough to resume light daily activities but should continue avoiding lifting or strenuous movements. Patients may wear compression garments to support healing.
-
Week 3-4:Most patients experience significant improvement in discomfort and mobility. Many return to work and light exercise, though strenuous activity and heavy lifting remain restricted. Scars begin to mature and fade.
-
Week 5-6:Swelling continues to subside, and energy levels improve. With surgeon approval, most patients can gradually resume full activities, including exercise. Visible results begin to emerge as the body settles into its new contours.

Am I a Candidate for a Body Makeover?
Like any surgical procedure, body makeovers aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution. The best candidates are those who meet certain health, lifestyle, and personal goals to ensure a safe and satisfying outcome.
You may be a strong candidate for a body makeover procedure if:
- You are at or near your ideal weight and have maintained it for several months
- You have areas of loose skin or stubborn fat that haven’t responded to diet or exercise
- You’re in good overall health without uncontrolled medical conditions
- You are a non-smoker or willing to quit before and after surgery
- You have realistic expectations about results and the recovery process
- You’ve completed your family if you're considering a mommy makeover
